Highly concentrated liquid polymer flocculants ACCOFLOC E / ARONFLOC E
The E Series is a high-concentration liquid polymer flocculant that is easier to automate and more labor-saving than conventional powder flocculants, and its rapid dissolution allows for improvements in dissolution facilities.ACCOFLOC E is available in nonion-based and anion-based, while ARONFLOC E is available in cation-based, and we have composed an extensive lineup to meet your needs for the best possible effect for each application.
Features of the E series
1. Excellent solubility
While conventional powder flocculants require 40 to 60 minutes to dissolve more than 90%, the E Series can be used in a few minutes, depending on the dissolution method.
2. Suitable for labor saving
Since E series is in liquid form, automatic dissolution/continuous automatic dissolution is easier than with powders.
In addition, the dissolution process is fast, making dissolution facilities more compact than those used in the past.
3. Excellent coagulation/dehydration performance
Unlike conventional powder products, the E Series is manufactured by emulsion polymerization.
The E Series has excellent performance, especially in dehydration.
4. No powder dispersal
Since the E Series is in liquid form, it does not scatter when thrown in, as is the case with powders, and thus improves the work environment.

How to use
1. Solubility concentration
Select the appropriate dissolution concentration for the E series in relation to the dissolution equipment.
(For the optimum concentration for each product, please refer to the product list.)
For optimum dissolution concentration, we recommend 400x dilution for nonionic and anionic products, and 200x dilution for cationic products.
2. Dissolved water
Dissolving water should be pH neutral and of low hardness.
Even in the absence of good quality dissolving water, E-series products have very good solubility and may have better effects than powdered products.

3. Dissolution method
ETo dissolve E series, inject directly into the dilution water line or quickly into a stirred dissolution tank.
If stirring is weak or slow, or if the dissolution is done by pouring, it will take a long time to completely disperse the solution.
Although performance is achieved in a short period of time, several tens of minutes are required to achieve stable performance.
The use of continuous dissolution equipment enables dissolution in a shorter time, and the dissolution facility can be made more compact.
Handling precautions
Since E series is an emulsion-type liquid flocculant, if it is left standing for a long time, the dispersed particles will gradually settle and separation will occur at the top.Therefore, regular agitation is recommended when using the flocculant.
